The Academy of Country Music Awards brought together the biggest names in country in Las Vegas on Sunday night. Reba McEntire hosted the show for a whopping 16th time and featured a swing of epic performances. But, before that many celebs were caught behind-the scenes.
Devin Dawson and Michael Ray ran into each other while on the red carpet with their companions by their side — Leah Sykes and Carly Pearce, respectively. The couples had a sweet moment talking about how they both just got engaged before posing for photos together.
Also turning the show into a romantic night was Lauren Bushnell and beau Chris Lane, Lane was such a gentleman while he waited for Bushnell to fix her dress and then posed for the photos together. Lane did his interviews while Bushnell stood gazing at him.
As the host of the show, Reba was already sparkling and entered the show in great spirits with her boyfriend Skeeter Lasuzzo around. McEntire was looking ecstatic and posed for the photographers in her elegant dress, while her boyfriend was found to be more reserved while she posed for the pictures. Skeeter also waited for Reba as she did her PEOPLE interview.
Brett Young arrived at the Red Carpet accompanied by his wife Taylor Mills, Taylor has growing bump and is expectant of a child in near future. When Brett came across Luke Combs on the Red Carpet, he started singing Luke’s famous hit “Beautiful Crazy.” In response to which Luke burst out in laughter and both had a light moment.
Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph were also seen making their debut on the Red Carpet, they didn’t shy away from the cameras and showed their affection towards one another, “life hasn’t really gotten back to normal since the show’s finale aired on ABC.” They added on in their interview.
One of the most anticipated couples to make their debut on the Red Carpet were Miranda Lambert who was accompanied by her better half Brendan McLoughlin. They posed together at first, then Brendan took a step aside for letting her wife take a few quick solos, later, Miranda took her Husband hand and asked “ready?” then they moved ahead, where Lambert introduced his husband to others.
Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman were equivalent of royalty when they arrived on the red carpet. They also made humble stops at the gate for the fans to take selfies with them. Meanwhile, Luke Bryan and Kelly Clarkson shared a warm embrace after arriving at the same time.
